Lead Pastors Jonathan and Monica Gannon left their ministry as singles and young adult pastors at Northland Cathedral in Kansas City, MO in February of 2004 to lead the launch of Bethel Church of Liberty. Jonathan is the son of missionary parents and grew up in Jerusalem, Israel where he studied modern and Biblical Hebrew. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and earned his Master of Divinity degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2001 after completing his undergraduate studies at Evangel University in 1997. The Gannons have four children: Anastasia, Jonathan II, Josiah and Anneliese.

Worship Pastor Madonna Boss joined the Bethel Church team in March of 2006.  Madonna and her husband, David, moved to the area from Minnesota, where she left a staff position, ministering as Worship Pastor, pastoral counselor, jail minister, teacher and discipler, and women's ministries coordinator.  With over 18 years experience as worship leader and soloist, Pastor Madonna is passionate about leading you into the presence of God and the fulfillment of your potential in Him.  Madonna and David have 2 grown daughters, Marissa and Tiffany. Youth Pastors Joshua and Rebecca Brewer joined the Bethel Church team in June of 2006. Joshua and Rebecca have worked in youth ministry for over 10 years in Missouri and Indiana. The Brewers have ministered to youth at youth revivals, camps, rallies, and other various youth ministry venues. They bring a great deal of energy to the BC team with their experience and heart to reach the youth of Liberty. Contact Pastor Josh.

Children Pastors Terry and Joanna Chance joined the Bethel Church team in April of 2005. The Chances have four beautiful children and have been involved in children's minstry for over 14 years. Terry and Joanna came to BC after spending several years serving at Northland Cathedral in Kansas City.
